Our Mission
Victum was established in 2000 with the aim of developing service and
leadership cultures with training, coaching programs in Hungary
and Europe.
We believe in fair and empowering employment and we work for more democratic workplaces by developing leaders in delegation, motivation, communication and decision making competencies.
We learnt that future generation need to be attracted by very different HR tools, they learn and work very special ways and we work for more involving and flexible worksplaces by developing leaders in HR management, motivation programs and Emploer Branding Services.
